Für mich ist das Haus leider zu groß und die Kinder sind raus, daher biete ich ein großes Haus in der Nähe von Stralsund aber schon auf Rügen zum Tausch an.
Es sind 170 qm Wohnfläche, ein Dachboden der noch ausgebaut werden kann, mit einem Garten, Kamin, EBK, Garage, Carports, Parkett, Terrasse etc.
Ich möchte mich verkleinern und würde auch kleinere Sachen mit entsprechenden Wertausgleich in Betracht ziehen.
